About The Position

The Team Lead assists with responsibilities related to the car wash facility and its operations, sets an example by exceeding expectations, and supports the management team. This role offers an opportunity to learn how to operate a car wash and develop toward management positions in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The position is based in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, at Sapwood Drive. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour, with an opportunity to earn weekly commission. Part-time and full-time positions are available.

Requirements

• Be friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Be able to remain on your feet for long periods.
• Be willing to work in all weather conditions.
• Complete a drug screen and background check as required by state guidelines.
• Be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist with opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prepare vehicles before they enter the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist with regular maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
• Assist the management team with facility and operational responsibilities.
