About The Position

As a Car Wash Associate, you prepare, guide, and load vehicles into the wash tunnel, help keep the location supplied with clean towels, and ensure equipment is functioning properly while providing an excellent customer experience. The role calls for anticipating customer needs, building customer relationships, maintaining a strong focus on safety, and adapting while multitasking in a dynamic environment. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, guide, and load vehicles into the wash tunnel.
• Service vehicles with bug spray while guiding them into the wash tunnel.
• Help ensure the location has clean towels and that equipment is functioning properly.
• Complete location-cleanliness tasks such as sweeping, replenishing, mopping, cleaning, and minor landscaping as directed by leadership.
• Assist customers with requests to enhance their experience.
• Exceed customer expectations by being friendly and handling vehicles with extreme care.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety.
