About The Position

As a Car Wash Associate at Super Star Car Wash, you will prepare, guide, and load vehicles into the wash tunnel; help keep the location supplied with clean towels; ensure equipment is functioning properly; and provide an excellent customer experience. The role calls for anticipating customer needs, building relationships, prioritizing safety, multitasking, and adapting in a dynamic environment. Most of the work is outdoors. This position is presented as a starting point for employees interested in developing leadership skills and potentially advancing into management.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Ability to work a flexible, full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Apply bug spray to vehicles while guiding them into the wash tunnel.
Complete location-cleanliness tasks, including sweeping, replenishing supplies, mopping, cleaning, and minor landscaping as directed by leadership.
Assist customers with requests to enhance their experience.
Exceed customer expectations by being friendly and handling vehicles with extreme care.
Help ensure the location has clean towels and that equipment is functioning properly.
