About The Position

Splash In is seeking a Tunnel Car Wash Assistant Manager to help lead daily car wash operations and work with the team to deliver strong customer experiences. The role oversees operational execution, membership and wash sales, facility cleanliness, equipment maintenance, team training, customer service, financial performance, and use of point-of-sale and operational software. The position is full-time and hourly, with a flexible schedule that includes a mixture of days, nights, weekends, and holidays. The listed pay rate is $22.50–$27.75 per hour, commensurate with experience. Operating hours are generally 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, extending to 8:00 PM in peak seasons, with additional time before and after operating hours for cleaning, setup, and closing procedures. Requirements

High school diploma or ability to complete the employer-paid GED program.
1–2 years of supervisory experience in car wash, hospitality, sales, and/or retail operations.
Comfort using POS systems, computers, and operational software.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and in varying weather conditions.
Sales experience and ability to drive membership growth.

Nice To Haves

Associate or bachelor’s degree.
Technical skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, or car wash equipment maintenance.
Strong leadership and motivational abilities.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Clear communication with employees, customers, and management.
Experience with inventory management, financial analysis, sales, and marketing.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations, including task execution, membership sales, and facility cleanliness.
Ensure equipment reliability through routine maintenance and timely repairs.
Build a positive team environment and train team members in sales and operations.
Resolve customer concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
Drive membership and wash sales through customer engagement and sales strategies.
Monitor revenue, expenses, and margins and identify opportunities for improvement.
Use POS systems and operational software, and train the team to use them.
