Join Our Team as a Trade Coordinator – Supporting Vehicle Trade-Ins from Start to Finish! We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Trade Coordinator to join our Car Sales Shared Services team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for managing the vehicle trade-in process. Requirements

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Minimum: High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent required
  • Must have two (2) years of customer service and/or administrative support experience
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office products (particularly Excel) required
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Responsibilities

  • Track trade-in vehicles from initial intake to final resolution
  • Issue trade payoffs to financial institutions
  • Obtain titles and lien releases to ensure smooth ownership transitions
  • Act as the primary contact for administrative trade questions for assigned groups and communicate with branch personnel regarding missing or incomplete information
  • Pull working queries for pending trade sales and apply data to tracking logs and trade logs with thorough documentation
  • Assist with arbitrary deletes of trade unit numbers upon request
  • Assist with “We’ll Buy Your Car” setup and payment process
  • Obtain titles and or lien releases from lenders, dealers, groups, and DMVs
  • Maintain trade processes and lender contact information within the trade manual
  • Issue trade payoffs to financial institutions, dealers, and other parties using the financial system
  • Work monthly reports including balance sheet schedules to ensure payoff accuracy and cost schedules related to trade in units
  • Submit required entries to the accounting team for processing
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, assigned groups, and external financial institutions
