Requirements

  • A confident, friendly personality with a natural ability to connect with people.
  • Prior sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is preferred (but we will train the right attitude!).
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • A professional appearance and a self-motivated mindset.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Build Relationships: Welcome incoming guests, understand their driving needs, and guide them to the perfect new Ford or pre-owned vehicle.
  • Become the Expert: Learn our vehicle lineup inside and out to conduct engaging product demonstrations and test drives.
  • Close the Deal: Guide customers transparently through the buying process, handling negotiations, trade-in walkarounds, and paperwork.
  • Follow Up: Maintain active communication with previous buyers and incoming leads to build a loyal, repeat customer base.
  • Deliver Excellence: Ensure every customer leaves our dealership with a smile and a memorable delivery experience.
