About The Position
We are looking for ambitious individuals to join our team with a foundation of total support. We provide the safety net; you provide the drive. The Faricy Guarantee includes $4,000/Month Guaranteed Pay, allowing you to focus on learning the craft and serving the customer without the stress of an "all or nothing" paycheck. We also provide Guaranteed Training through a structured, world-class program to ensure you have the confidence to succeed from day one. This is a commission-based role with an income potential of $55,000 – $110,000+ per year, where your guaranteed pay is your floor, but there is no ceiling. We believe in delivering a level of service that is "unreasonable" in its excellence. If you love helping people, you belong here. The role offers balance with closed Sundays and a scheduled day off every week.
