About The Position

Managed Labor Solutions (MLS), part of the Horizon Facility Services family of companies, provides outsourced labor services, including rental car services nationwide. MLS is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Operations Manager for a fast-paced auto cleaning services operation at Tulsa International Airport. The manager will lead, coach, and motivate a team to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction while maintaining a safe and positive work environment. The position pays $65,000 annually.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of previous management or supervisor experience.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing daily operations to support fleet utilization, customer satisfaction, and employee management.
• Meet production demands in a fast-paced environment requiring quick vehicle turnaround.
• Provide professional, courteous, and proactive customer service.
• Hire and interview team members and create the weekly labor schedule.
• Track individual employee production and support employee engagement.
• Manage the incentive compensation program and ensure eligible employees receive incentive pay according to production criteria.
• Mentor, redirect, and coach employees to comply with company policies and procedures.
• Complete required reporting within allotted time frames.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
