About The Position

EDS Service Solutions partners with car rental companies across the United States, supporting back-end operations and customer rental experiences. This role combines customer-facing rental counter service with vehicle cleaning and parking, including work outdoors. The position is based in Everett, Massachusetts, and pays $18 per hour with weekly pay. The listed shift is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Excellent customer service skills and prior customer service experience.
Valid driver's license.
Clean driving record for the past three years.
Must be able to work outdoors.
Must be able to scan for eight hours.
Must be able to walk, bend, and twist for eight hours.

Responsibilities

Manage rental and occasional return processes in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Welcome customers and provide professional, friendly service.
Maintain a clean and safe vehicle for every customer.
Take ownership of customer service issues and resolve them promptly.
Contribute to teamwork and collaboration.
Use company-approved sales and service techniques to determine customer needs and offer optional products.
Prepare rental and return documents accurately and completely.
Qualify customers according to rental requirements.
Assist customers with directions, maps, local information, and service information.
Explain rental parameters, rates, and service charges to customers.
Ensure rental agreement return dates and times are accurate.
Review charges when vehicles are returned.
Prepare rental agreement folders with required information.
Answer customer phone calls promptly and helpfully.
Coordinate customers in queues to reduce wait times and support efficient service.
Clean, vacuum, disinfect, and refuel vehicles as needed at the car wash.
Wash and park cars.
