About The Position

America's Auto Auction is hiring a Car Hauler/Rollback Driver to transport vehicles between repo yards, dealerships, customer locations, and other assigned destinations, and to support daily auction operations. The role is based at 215 Pioneer Road, North Fond du Lac, WI 54937. The listed schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with no nights or weekends. Requirements

Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
At least 21 years of age.
Able to pass pre-employment screening.
At least 1 year of Car Hauler, Rollback Driver, Flatbed, Tow Truck, or related experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Safely transport vehicles between repo yards, dealerships, customer locations, and other assigned destinations.
Conduct vehicle inspections before transport and report damage or mechanical concerns.
Complete vehicle condition reports and delivery documentation accurately.
Coordinate with dispatch and management regarding routes, schedules, and delivery updates.
Assist with staging and moving vehicles to support daily auction operations.
Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of company vehicles.
Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with dealers, customers, and coworkers.
Follow company safety policies and traffic laws.
