About The Position

America's Auto Auction is hiring a Car Hauler/Rollback Driver to transport vehicles between repo yards, dealerships, customer locations, and other assigned destinations. The driver will inspect vehicles, complete condition reports and delivery documentation, coordinate with dispatch and management, assist with auction operations, and maintain company vehicles. The position is based at 215 Pioneer Road, North Fond du Lac, WI 54937. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with no nights or weekends. Pay is $26.00–$30.00 per hour, with a $1,500 sign-on bonus after 90 days. Full benefits, matching 401(k), paid time off, and paid holidays are offered.

Requirements

CDL license required.
Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
At least 21 years of age.
Able to pass pre-employment screening.
At least one year of Car Hauler, Rollback Driver, Flatbed, Tow Truck, or related experience.
Ability to perform pre- and post-trip inspections.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Comfortable using GPS and mobile communication tools.
Professional attitude and commitment to customer service and safety.

Responsibilities

Safely transport vehicles between repo yards, dealerships, customer locations, and other assigned destinations.
Conduct vehicle inspections before transport and report damage or mechanical concerns.
Complete vehicle condition reports and delivery documentation accurately.
Coordinate with dispatch and management regarding routes, schedules, and delivery updates.
Assist with staging and moving vehicles to support daily auction operations.
Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of company vehicles.
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with dealers, customers, and coworkers.
Follow company safety policies and traffic laws.
