About The Position

America's Auto Auction is hiring a Non-CDL Rollback Driver at its Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania location. The position involves picking up vehicles from dealerships, repossession yards, and mechanical shops, then delivering them to the intake auction lot or main auction lot. Drivers safely load and unload vehicles, operate and maintain company equipment, and support daily auctions with other assigned tasks. The role may also require operating a wrecker in addition to a rollback.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, with some overtime as needed and paid. There are no overnight hauls. Travel is usually within a 50-mile radius, with occasional trips to Maryland, West Virginia, Virginia, New Jersey, and other Pennsylvania locations. The position pays $20.00 per hour and offers benefits, paid time off, matching 401(k), and career growth potential.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• At least 21 years old.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to operate company equipment in compliance with safety regulations.
• Ability to maintain and ensure the good operating condition of equipment and facilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel throughout the week, Monday through Friday, without overnight hauls.

Responsibilities
