About The Position

Sunstate Equipment Co. is hiring a Heavy Equipment Rollback Driver in El Paso, Texas. The driver transports equipment on local routes and loads and unloads heavy equipment from the truck. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday on the morning shift, 40 hours per week. The position is overtime eligible based on business needs and includes an on-call rotation approximately once every four to five weeks. The advertised pay range is $25–$31 per hour, dependent on experience, paid weekly, with potential quarterly bonuses.

Requirements

• Unrestricted Class A CDL.
• DOT medical card.
• Tanker endorsement.
• Willingness to load and unload heavy equipment from the truck.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with co-workers and customers.

Nice To Haves

• Previous driving experience; it is beneficial but not required.
• Bilingual communication skills.
• Knowledge of the local metro area or ability to use navigation tools.
