About The Position

Carvana is seeking entry-level Lot Attendants for its Market Hubs. The role focuses on maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of vehicles and coordinating with coworkers to support timely deliveries and customer satisfaction. Team members inspect, wash, vacuum, and prepare inventory for display, communicate with coworkers, vendors, and management, and maintain regular, predictable attendance. This is a full-time position. The advertised pay range is $16–$17 per hour, with performance-based pay increases available at regular intervals during the first year through the Careers Not Jobs program.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record for the past three years.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently and carry and transport up to 60 pounds for up to 20 feet.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and frequently stretch, reach, walk, stoop, push, and/or pull.
• Must have excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
• Must be able to drive frequently and perform some typing.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check.
• Must adhere to regular and predictable attendance.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns.
• Wash and vacuum inventory regularly.
• Complete a multi-point inspection of arriving inventory, including checking fuel level and safety features, conducting a drivability test, and ensuring company and state disclosures are properly displayed.
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and external vendors.
• Communicate and interact with team members and management across the business.
• Coordinate with fellow employees to support timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to regular and predictable attendance requirements.
