About The Position

Carvana is hiring entry-level Lot Attendants to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of vehicles at its Market Hubs. The role involves inspecting and preparing inventory, coordinating with coworkers to support timely deliveries, and contributing to customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a stated pay range of $15–$16 per hour. Starting pay is $15 per hour, with potential performance-based increases of $0.25 every 90 days through the Careers Not Jobs program, up to $16 per hour after 12 months. Hiring is contingent on passing a background check. The role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
Must have a clean driving record for the past three years.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently and carry or transport up to 60 pounds up to 20 feet.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and frequently stretch, reach, walk, stoop, push, and/or pull.
Must have excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
Must adhere to regular and predictable attendance.
Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent is desirable.

Responsibilities

Inspect each vehicle for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns.
Wash and vacuum inventory regularly.
Complete multi-point inspections of arriving inventory, including checking fuel levels, safety features, drivability, and display of company and state disclosures.
Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and external vendors.
Communicate and interact with team members and management across the business.
Adhere to regular and predictable attendance.
