About The Position

Aon Captive & Insurance Management (ACIM) is seeking a Captive Client Leader to strengthen client outcomes through consultative captive leadership. The role serves as the principal interface between captive clients and Aon, ensuring clients receive high-quality service, strategic insight, and access to expertise across the business. The position supports clients in making decisions about captive performance, risk financing strategy, and long-term value creation. The role carries strategic ownership of client relationships and coordinates expertise across Aon to support better client decisions and stronger partnerships. It emphasizes proactive, data-driven, commercially focused engagement over transactional service delivery. The successful candidate will help shape ACIM’s future-state client leadership model and support junior colleagues in building consistent client leadership capabilities. This is a virtual role that can be performed virtually across the U.S.
