As part of a centralized function within Capital Markets, the team partners closely with trading, operations, and technology teams to support client onboarding, trading workflows, and the accurate distribution of trading and portfolio data. This department not only supports client service and business growth but also establishes the minimum required standards for operational processes and controls, reinforcing Marex’s commitment to transparency, consistency, and operational excellence throughout its global footprint. The Capital Markets – Prime Services Analyst 2 is responsible for supporting the Prime Services team by assisting with client onboarding, trading system support, and day‑to‑day operational processes. This role will focus on supporting trading workflows, monitoring activity, and assisting with issue resolution, while providing additional capacity to the team and enabling senior members to focus on client engagement and strategic initiatives. In today’s fast‑paced and technology‑driven capital markets, reliable trading infrastructure and operational support are essential to delivering strong client outcomes. By developing an understanding of trading systems, workflows, and controls, the Analyst supports efficient execution and builds a strong foundation for long‑term development within Prime Services.
