About The Position
Aligned Talent Acquisition is actively partnering with AmLaw 50, AmLaw 100, AmLaw 200, regional, and boutique law firms throughout Philadelphia seeking Capital Markets Associate Attorneys. This role involves public company work and sophisticated securities transactions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of capital markets or securities experience
- Experience with IPOs, follow-on offerings, debt offerings, private placements, or SEC reporting
- Experience advising public companies regarding corporate governance and securities compliance
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Excellent academic credentials
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
- Pennsylvania bar admission required or ability to become admitted
