The Office of Development serves as the primary fundraising and stewardship arm of the Catholic Diocese of Arlington, collaborating with the bishop, diocesan staff, pastors, parishioners, and community members to enhance financial support for the Diocese and its affiliated entities, including parishes, schools, Catholic Charities, the Catholic Foundation of Arlington, and the Diocese of Arlington Scholarship Foundation. The Office provides professional fundraising activities and support to meet operational, capital, and programmatic needs. The Parish Campaign Program Director serves as the primary on-site resource for parishes participating in the diocesan capital campaign. Working closely with the pastor, parish staff, and lay leaders, the Parish Campaign Program Director provides expert guidance in communications, volunteer management, solicitation strategy, and campaign execution. This role is essential to ensuring each parish achieves its campaign potential while honoring the spiritual character of Catholic stewardship. The Parish Campaign Program Director will manage multiple parish campaigns concurrently within assigned geographic clusters throughout the Diocese and will serve as the key liaison between the Diocese, the campaign consulting firm, and each participating parish community.
