The ServiceNow Alliance Campaign Director is responsible for driving sector-specific sales motions and shaping the go-to-market strategy for the EY–ServiceNow alliance. This role involves collaborating with global alliance leadership, sector teams, and Super Regions to design campaign program elements, strengthen sector-focused relationships, and activate large-scale GTM initiatives. It is a unique opportunity to influence how EY shows up with ServiceNow in priority markets, lead the development of messaging and value propositions, and support early-stage strategic pursuits. This role offers the chance to work across geographies, service lines, and sectors, contributing directly to pipeline growth while helping position EY as a differentiated, trusted partner to ServiceNow and our clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience designing and executing go-to-market sales campaigns, including value proposition development, messaging, and field activation across regions.
  • Strong background building and nurturing win-win technology alliance relationships, with a clear understanding of ServiceNow’s offerings and how they create business value for clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Sales, Sectors, and Alliance teams to drive sector-specific sales motions that accelerate pipeline growth and support major pursuits.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and pipeline insights to inform campaign strategy and shape priority account targeting.
  • Experience developing innovative GTM approaches, removing organizational barriers, and enabling teams to mobilize around strategic opportunities.
  • Proven success working with diverse stakeholders across Sectors, Super Regions, Service Lines, BMC, and Technology teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and alignment.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaign elements simultaneously—including messaging, asset creation, governance, and regional activation—while maintaining high levels of quality and coordination.
  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow solutions, industry use cases, and the broader ecosystem to help shape differentiated EY-led narratives and GTM approaches.
  • Strong ability to build trusted relationships with alliance executives, sector leaders, BMC, and field stakeholders, influencing action across organizational boundaries.
  • Highly credible communicator with excellent facilitation, storytelling, and project management skills, capable of producing compelling campaign content and executive-level materials.
  • Experience leading cross-functional workstreams, guiding teams toward shared outcomes, and collaborating effectively across geographies, cultures, and working styles.
  • A self-starter who can work independently while effectively communicating progress and challenges with the team.
  • Comfortable escalating complex issues with well-thought-out recommendations to leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in support of multiple projects at a time.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with global alliance leaders and sector teams to design and drive sector-specific sales motions that accelerate pipeline and strengthen EY–ServiceNow market positioning.
  • Define the go-to-market strategy and develop program elements that support differentiated EY positioning for the ServiceNow alliance.
  • Lead the development of clear, compelling messaging and value propositions for campaigns, ensuring alignment across Sector, Alliance, and BMC stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Brand, Marketing & Communications (BMC) to create sales collateral, marketing assets, and campaign content that support field activation and amplify campaign impact.
  • Partner with internal technology teams, solution leaders, and ServiceNow alliance contacts to track and support development of demos, technical content, and other campaign assets.
  • Drive campaign activation across EY’s Super Regions through awareness sessions, field enablement, and coordination with regional alliance and practice leaders.
  • Provide early-stage support on strategic opportunities, helping shape pursuit strategies and facilitate connections with alliance leaders and solution teams.
  • Oversee campaign governance and maintain strong sales/pipeline discipline, ensuring consistent tracking, reporting, and account-level cadence.
  • Work closely with Service Lines, Sectors, Super Regions, and other alliance stakeholders to ensure cohesive execution and alignment on priorities.
