About The Position

Fluidstack is seeking a Capacity Delivery Program Lead to manage and drive large-scale infrastructure programs. The role involves overseeing the end-to-end delivery of gigawatt-scale AI compute infrastructure, focusing on speed and scale. The Capacity Delivery Team is responsible for engineering gigawatts from drawing to energization in months, designing data centers that can be built in months, and establishing a repeatable design process for rapid scaling. The Capacity Delivery Program Lead will run delivery programs across concurrent gigawatt builds, manage schedules, dependencies, and decisions from design release to energization, and own the interfaces between design, procurement, construction, and commissioning to ensure smooth execution. This role requires driving a weekly operating rhythm for the program, surfacing risks early, and resolving escalations promptly. The program plan will serve as the single source of truth, kept current with field realities.

Requirements

Delivered large capital or infrastructure programs and hit dates others called impossible.
Run programs spanning engineering, procurement, and construction without owning any of them.
Find the critical path by instinct and defend it ruthlessly.
Escalate early with options, not surprises with apologies.
Program artifacts, schedule, risk log, and decisions, are current enough to run the program from.

Nice To Haves

Data center or power delivery experience.
Experience with P6 or modern scheduling stacks.
Experience with EPC interfaces.
Experience managing multi-site portfolios.

Responsibilities
