This position supports shelter staff by coordinating intake, kenneling, and next steps for each animal, helping maintain appropriate capacity levels and smooth day-to-day operations. A key focus of the role is ensuring animals are properly housed, their medical and behavioral needs are documented, and they are set up for adoption, foster, or rescue placement as quickly as possible. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our Trauma Hospital, Field, Foster, Animal Care, Animal Assistance, and Transportation teams to assign kennels, assist with exams and vaccinations, prepare for unexpected intakes, and facilitate animal movement between facilities.
