About The Position

FCP Euro is seeking a Capacity Analyst to monitor, analyze, and report on capacity utilization across fulfillment centers and support optimal operational performance. The role provides visibility into storage utilization, saturation levels, throughput rates, labor capacity, equipment efficiency, inventory forecasts, and order volume trends to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement. The analyst will develop and maintain inventory optimization and capacity-planning reports, dashboards, and scenario-based forecasting models, partnering with Operations, Supply Planning, Engineering, and Finance to support data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience within ecommerce warehousing.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Demonstrated proficiency in inventory forecasting, slotting, and capacity planning.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Sigma.
• Expert-level experience with Microsoft Excel, data analytics, and business intelligence toolsets.
• Experience transforming large or complex datasets into actionable insights for forecasting, scenario modeling, and capacity improvements.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex data to various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create short-, mid-, and long-term storage capacity plans.
• Identify bin size, bin count, and inventory storage requirements over one- to five-year horizons.
• Collaborate with Engineering on large-scale racking design changes.
• Develop and implement slotting strategies to improve operational efficiency.
• Work with Operations to monitor and adjust slotting strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Create core capacity and slotting metrics and dashboards that provide visibility into network capacity and slotting performance.
• Develop and maintain inventory optimization and capacity-planning reports, dashboards, and scenario-based forecasting models.
