About The Position

The Capability Manager will lead business and operational activities related to application implementation and development. This role involves driving Agile practices, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing multiple projects to ensure timely execution and successful delivery of business and technology initiatives. The manager will also be responsible for presenting project updates and supporting process improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Expertise in user story development, requirements gathering, and portfolio management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
