About The Position

We need your extensive industry knowledge and advisory skills to guide teams as they solve some of our clients’ most complex problems and find solutions that keep our nation safe. As a Capability Development Analyst Lead, you will apply deep mission experience, operational insight, and strategic advisory skills to help defense clients solve complex Air Mobility operational challenges. Your background enables you to think critically, question assumptions, and deliver solutions that support mission success. You will bring strategic, tactical, and technical expertise in areas such as DOTMLPF, MDMP, and high‑level combatant command operations. You will partner with multidisciplinary specialists in cyber, digital, engineering, science, and analytics to research, analyze, assess, and support mission requirements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience serving as an Air Force Mobility aircrew member
  • 5+ years of experience in researching, developing, testing, and integrating new capabilities into mission operations
  • 5+ years of experience leading and managing Department of War technical programs
  • Experience developing and presenting briefings and presentations to senior military and civilian audiences
  • Experience coordinating across multiple organizations, clarifying and distilling technical information for non-technical audiences, and providing technical reports and updates to stakeholders
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience evaluating industry-developed solutions for applicability, value, and benefit to military missions and providing informed recommendations
  • Experience performing mission engineering
  • Experience with operational or exercise planning
  • Possession of strong analytical, problem-solving, and both verbal and written communication skills
