About The Position

The Capabilities Analyst position requires U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. The role requires OCONUS travel, up to 20 trips per year. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, such as computer science or information technology, and four years of relevant experience. A master’s degree in a relevant discipline may substitute for two years of experience, reducing the experience requirement to two years. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, an additional four years of relevant experience may be substituted, for eight years total. The stated compensation range is $133,142.01–$153,142.01. Compensation is determined by factors including position level, responsibilities, location, experience, education, certifications, and organizational and contract requirements. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, such as computer science or information technology, and four years of relevant experience; alternatively, a relevant master’s degree and two years of relevant experience, or eight years of relevant experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
Relevant experience must be in one or more of the following SIGINT areas: Collection, Collection Access, System Engineering, Computer Science, Software Reverse Engineering, Technical Analysis, Hardware or Software Engineering, Research Scientist, Intelligence Analyst, or Signals Analysis.
