About The Position
Flotilla Water is hiring motivated individuals for its canvassing team, representing Maytag Water Treatment Systems in local neighborhoods. The role uses targeted homeowner data and daily assigned routes rather than random or blind cold knocking. Both full-time (40 hours) and part-time (30 hours) opportunities are offered. Compensation includes competitive hourly pay, commissions, bonuses, weekly pay, and mileage compensation. The position includes paid training and advancement opportunities, with the possibility of an hourly rate increase after 30 days.

- Must have reliable personal transportation.

Responsibilities
- Visit approximately 40–50 targeted homes daily.
- Introduce homeowners to Maytag's water-quality testing program.
- Qualify homeowners and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate appointment information and communicate with the team.
