About The Position
Flotilla Water is hiring motivated individuals to represent Maytag Water Treatment Systems in local neighborhoods. The role involves visiting targeted homeowners using company-provided homeowner data and daily assigned routes; it does not involve random or blind cold knocking. Team members introduce homeowners to the water-quality testing program, qualify homeowners, and schedule complimentary water-quality testing appointments for the sales team. Local territories are available, and paid training is provided. Full-time opportunities are 40 hours per week, and part-time opportunities are 30 hours per week. Compensation includes competitive hourly pay, commissions, bonuses, weekly pay, and mileage compensation. An hourly-rate increase may be available after 30 days, with advancement opportunities.
