They are urgently hiring outgoing and motivated Canvassers for lead generation and local outreach in Mentor, OH, and surrounding areas. No sales experience is required, as paid training and coaching are provided.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of work experience
• Comfortable walking and standing outdoors for extended periods, with or without accommodation

Nice To Haves

• Background in canvassing, customer service, retail, event marketing, field marketing, lead generation, door-to-door outreach, or sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence engaging with new people and starting conversations

Responsibilities

• Connect with homeowners through friendly, door-to-door neighborhood outreach
• Introduce Window Nation's premium window and door solutions
• Follow proven talking points and presentations provided during training
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
• Deliver exceptional customer service while answering homeowner questions professionally
