About The Position
Window Nation is expanding in the Columbus area and is seeking enthusiastic Canvassers to join our growing team. We're actively interviewing candidates to support neighborhood outreach and lead generation throughout the Columbus metro area, including Worthington, Reynoldsburg, Hilliard, Lewis Center, and surrounding communities. For nearly 20 years, Window Nation has helped homeowners enhance the beauty, comfort, and energy efficiency of their homes with high-quality replacement windows and doors. Our commitment to craftsmanship, innovation, and exceptional customer service has made us a trusted leader in the home remodeling industry.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of work experience
- Comfortable walking and standing outdoors for extended periods, with or without accommodation
Nice To Haves
- Background in canvassing, customer service, retail, event marketing, field marketing, lead generation, door-to-door outreach, or sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence engaging with new people and starting conversations
- Positive attitude and a team-first mentality
Responsibilities
- Connect with homeowners through friendly, door-to-door neighborhood outreach
- Introduce Window Nation's premium window and door solutions
- Follow proven talking points and presentations provided during training
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for our sales team
- Deliver exceptional customer service while answering homeowner questions professionally
