We're urgently hiring outgoing and motivated Canvassers to help with lead generation and local outreach in Mentor, OH, and surrounding cities including Chardon and Madison. No sales experience? Requirements

High school diploma or GED
At least 1 year of work experience
Comfortable walking and standing outdoors for extended periods, with or without accommodation

Nice To Haves

Background in canvassing, customer service, retail, event marketing, field marketing, lead generation, door-to-door outreach, or sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence engaging with new people and starting conversations
Positive attitude and a team-first mentality

Responsibilities

Connect with homeowners through friendly, door-to-door neighborhood outreach
Introduce Window Nation's premium window and door solutions
Follow proven talking points and presentations provided during training
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for our sales team
Deliver exceptional customer service while answering homeowner questions professionally
