Window Nation is growing fast and is looking for outgoing and motivated Canvassers to help with lead generation and local outreach in Canton, OH, and surrounding cities. The company has nearly 20 years of experience in home improvement, specializing in window and door replacements. They offer paid training and coaching for those without prior sales experience, aiming to transform homes into spaces people love.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of work experience
- Comfortable walking and standing outdoors for extended periods, with or without accommodation
Nice To Haves
- Background in canvassing, customer service, retail, event marketing, field marketing, lead generation, door-to-door outreach, or sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence engaging with new people and starting conversations
- Positive attitude and a team-first mentality
Responsibilities
- Connect with homeowners through friendly, door-to-door neighborhood outreach
- Introduce Window Nation's premium window and door solutions
- Follow proven talking points and presentations provided during training
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for our sales team
- Deliver exceptional customer service while answering homeowner questions professionally
