About The Position

Revolution Field Strategies is hiring canvassers to conduct door-to-door outreach in the Dayton, Ohio area. Canvassers speak with local voters about the upcoming election and their plans to vote, helping increase voter participation. This is an entry-level role with no experience necessary; paid training is provided. The position is in person and offers flexible scheduling, with workers choosing which days to work and the option to work part-time or full-time, up to 40 hours per week. The hourly rate is $28–$30, with weekly pay and gas stipends for each shift. Promotion opportunities are available, and canvassers can learn from experienced leaders while gaining professional experience in community outreach, civic engagement, or other fields. Requirements

No prior experience is necessary.
Have the physical stamina to stand or walk for long periods, up to six hours per day, while meeting and talking with people.
Be able to memorize and recite prepared scripts and statements.
Be able to use a cell phone to track and submit data.
Have access to reliable personal transportation.
