About The Position
Sunbelt Home Solutions is one of Florida's fastest-growing home improvement companies and is expanding its canvassing organization. They are looking for a Canvass Manager ready to step into a leadership role, build a strong team, and help drive continued growth. The company provides training, coaching, and mentorship for individuals with experience in sales, canvassing, field marketing, retail leadership, customer service, or team leadership. They are urgently hiring and eager to find their next leader.
Requirements
- Competitive, energetic, and self-motivated
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners outdoors
- Coachable and eager to learn
- A strong communicator and natural leader
- At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license
Nice To Haves
- Experience in sales, canvassing, field marketing, customer service, retail, hospitality, or leadership is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified homeowner appointments through face-to-face conversations
- Train, coach, and motivate a high-performing canvassing team
- Learn territory planning, route management, and daily field operations
- Drive team production, accountability, and performance
- Master Sunbelt's proven canvassing and leadership systems
