About The Position

Sunbelt Home Solutions is seeking a competitive, hands-on leader for their growing Fort Myers canvassing division. As the Canvass Assistant Branch Manager, you will work directly with branch leadership to oversee the day-to-day success of the team. This involves recruiting, training, field coaching, tracking performance, and creating accountability to ensure the team consistently generates qualified appointments. This is an active leadership role requiring you to be in the field, set the standard, and lead by example.

Requirements

• Previous leadership or team management experience
• Experience in canvassing, door-to-door sales, field marketing, or direct sales
• Ability to coach and develop different personalities
• Comfortable managing KPIs and performance goals
• Ability to motivate a team in a performance-driven environment
• Willingness to lead by example instead of managing from the sidelines
• Confidence in making decisions and solving problems
• Desire to grow into greater branch leadership responsibility
• Reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• Previous canvassing or door-to-door leadership experience is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Help interview, lead, and develop new canvassers
• Lead daily meetings, training, and team huddles
• Coach canvassers on approach, communication, and objection handling
• Set and track individual and team production goals
• Monitor appointments, activity, conversion rates, and overall performance
• Spend time in the field coaching and developing the team
• Create accountability around attendance, activity, attitude, and results
• Motivate the team and maintain a competitive, high-energy environment
• Identify performance gaps and help team members improve
• Develop strong performers into future Team Leads
• Partner with Branch Management to achieve market production goals
