Requirements
- 21+ years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic systems
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and adaptable
Nice To Haves
- Maintenance, construction, or labor experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and facility operations
- Track schedules, work orders, and assets (CMMS)
- Support preventative maintenance programs
- Distribute supplies and support daily operations
- Assist with reports, scheduling, and admin tasks
