About The Position
Trimmr LLC is seeking individuals for on-demand/seasonal work in the cannabis industry in Cortland County, NY. This role involves connecting local talent with licensed operators for flexible staffing shifts. Once screened and hired, individuals can choose from available gigs that fit their schedule and earn W-2 wages while gaining industry experience. Work is shift-based and dependent on client staffing needs, and is not guaranteed.
Requirements
- Age: 21+ (NYS OCM requirement)
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Dependable, punctual, and comfortable with flexible gig work
- Reliable transportation to get to various local farm and processing sites
- Able to stand or work on your feet throughout your shift
- Able to perform repetitive and strenuous motions
- Able to crouch, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs
- Comfortable working indoors/outdoors around strong scents and varying weather
