About The Position

Trimmr LLC is seeking individuals for on-demand/seasonal Cannabis Cultivation Support roles in Madison County, NY. This field-based position offers flexible, hands-on work within the New York cannabis industry. Trimmr connects local talent with licensed operators for flexible staffing shifts. Once screened and hired, individuals can choose from available gigs that fit their schedule and will earn W-2 wages while gaining valuable industry experience. Work is shift-based and dependent on client staffing needs, and is not guaranteed. Common tasks include planting, weeding, defoliating, harvesting, hand trimming, bucking, packaging, following farm SOPs, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring high quality.

Requirements

• Must be 21+ years of age (NYS OCM requirement)
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable with flexible gig work
• Reliable transportation to get to various local farm and processing sites
• Able to stand or work on your feet throughout your shift
• Able to perform repetitive and strenuous motions
• Able to crouch and bend
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Comfortable working indoors/outdoors around strong scents and varying weather
