Requirements

• Must be 21+ years old (NYS OCM requirement).
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Comfortable with flexible gig work.
• Must have reliable transportation to get to various local farm and processing sites.
• Able to stand or work on your feet throughout your shift.
• Able to perform repetitive and strenuous motions.
• Able to crouch, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Comfortable working indoors/outdoors around strong scents and varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Planting, weeding, defoliating, and harvesting cannabis plants.
• Hand trimming, bucking, and packaging cannabis.
• Following farm Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintaining cleanliness of work areas.
• Ensuring high quality of products.
