About The Position

Trimmr connects local talent with licensed operators for flexible staffing shifts in the New York cannabis industry. Applicants will be screened and hired to choose from available gigs that fit their schedule. Earn W-2 wages while working cannabis jobs and gaining valuable industry experience. Requirements

• Must be 21+ years of age (NYS OCM requirement).
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with flexible gig work.
• Must have reliable transportation to various local farm and processing sites.
• Able to stand or work on your feet throughout the shift.
• Able to perform repetitive and strenuous motions.
• Able to crouch, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Comfortable working indoors/outdoors around strong scents and varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Planting, weeding, defoliating, and harvesting cannabis.
• Hand trimming, bucking, and packaging cannabis.
• Following farm Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintaining cleanliness of work areas.
• Ensuring high quality of cannabis products.
