About The Position

As an FSO Technology Service Delivery Manager, you’ll be based in our Service Delivery Center, which is made up of high-performing US-based colleagues who work closely with our experienced advisory professionals. We deliver Technology project-based work and managed services to our clients. Here, you’ll work as part of a project team and will be responsible for the design, build/configuration, testing, analysis, delivery and support of Technology solutions. This position is fast-paced and ever-changing, which means you’ll need to be a flexible self-starter and be able to manage changing priorities and learning new and rapidly changing technology solutions. We are looking for Camunda Workflow Automation Engineers who will collaborate with clients to transform business operations through process orchestration, workflow automation, and digital transformation initiatives. The team leverages Camunda BPM, BPMN, DMN, Java, Spring Boot, APIs, Microservices, and Cloud technologies to modernize enterprise business processes and enable end-to-end automation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other related field.
A minimum of 6 years’ experience in enterprise software development with at least 4 years of hands-on Camunda implementation experience.
Strong experience designing and delivering workflow automation solutions using Camunda BPM, BPMN 2.0, DMN, and process orchestration.
Experience leading the design and development of Java and Spring Boot services supporting workflow execution and business process automation.
Experience integrating Camunda with REST APIs, enterprise applications, databases, and messaging platforms.
Experience defining workflow architecture, process modeling standards, and enterprise integration patterns.
Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, containerization, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated deployment processes.
Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies for workflow automation solutions.
Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.

Work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate business processes into executable workflow solutions.
Provide recommendations on process optimization, workflow modernization, and automation best practices.
Mentor developers, conduct design reviews, and drive engineering best practices.
