Campus Worship Pastor
About The Position
This full-time pastoral position involves ushering others into God’s presence through dynamic worship. The individual will be part of an excellent creative collaboration, designing weekly worship services for campuses as part of the one-church Creative Arts Team. They will serve as the worship leader and shepherd of a team of volunteers, leading the campus creative arts ministry. The role requires strong musical and technical skills to prepare hearts for worship and to receive the teaching of God’s Word. The ideal candidate will be proficient in leading worship, playing an instrument, leading the band, running rehearsals, and directing the campus platform team.
Requirements
- Gifted vocalist.
- Excels at leading a band of talented volunteer musicians.
- Runs rehearsals.
- Proficient in leading worship.
- Proficient in playing an instrument.
- Proficient in leading the band.
- Proficient in running rehearsals.
- Proficient in directing the campus platform team.
- Submit a video of themselves singing and/or leading worship.
