About The Position

As the Campus Workplace Experience Associate Manager, you’ll help create an exceptional workplace experience for employees and visitors. You’ll oversee campus amenities, conference services, workplace programs, and events that make the corporate campus welcoming, productive, and engaging. You’ll partner with leaders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding service and continuously improve the employee experience. The role is hybrid: on site Monday through Thursday at Best Buy’s corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota, and virtual from home or another non-Best Buy location on Friday. Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in workplace strategy, hospitality, facilities, campus operations, or employee services.
• At least 1 year of experience managing vendors and service providers.
• At least 1 year of project management experience or skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Facilities Management, Operations, or a related field.
• Experience leading or managing a team.
• Experience supporting large corporate campuses or headquarters locations.
• Background in workplace experience, facilities management, hospitality, or project management.
• Experience using workplace technology platforms and analytics tools.
• Knowledge of workplace strategy and employee experience best practices.
• Experience working in a customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee conference services, meeting spaces, and event operations.
• Manage employee-facing amenities such as cafés, breakrooms, wellness spaces, and collaboration areas.
• Lead workplace experience programs that support engagement and collaboration.
• Partner with business leaders, HR, and employee groups to deliver workplace events and initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor service standards and workplace metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.
