We are seeking a temporary, part time Campus Support Assistant to join our team. This role will be required to work on site at the Seneca Newnham Campus Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday until Mid-July. As a key point of contact on the Seneca Campus, you will be delivering member services, carrying out engagement activities, and liaising with partners and stakeholders. This role will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and support across multiple channels, ensuring resolution of all incoming inquiries, adherence to service protocols, and a positive member experience.
