This role is responsible for ensuring the Saddleback Kids (SK) ministry program is offered on the weekend, which includes program set-up, room setup and teardown, check-in area management, and staffing. The position also involves preparing curriculum and materials for weekend use and special events, recruiting, onboarding, training, and shepherding SK volunteers. Communication with volunteers, families, the campus team, and the SK central team is essential. The role also requires participation in weekly campus staff meetings, monthly SK meetings, and monthly all-staff meetings.
