This role involves close collaboration with the Campus Supervisor to address maintenance and security issues, and requires availability for emergencies or unusual situations. Responsibilities include monitoring and operating the CCTV system and door security software, responding to fire alarms, investigating incidents, and completing related documentation. The assistant will also dispatch appropriate team members during emergencies and provide primary telephone answering coverage for Landis Homes during evening, night, and weekend hours, handling general inquiries and redirecting calls as needed.
