The officer will provide immediate updates to Residence Life and the Chief of Campus Safety. Responsibilities include responding to calls for service such as vehicle lockouts, battery jumpstarts, and unlocking/locking campus buildings and classrooms as directed. The role also entails enforcing parking policies daily and upholding University policies, guidelines, and rules, particularly those related to assigned housing communities. General community policing duties are expected, ensuring the safety of all students, staff, and visitors. The position requires providing excellent customer service with strong verbal skills when interacting with the public and completing clear, concise incident reports.
