The Role As a Campus Recruiter at our growing Dallas firm, you will manage all aspects of campus recruiting and staffing for the firm’s internship program. This includes posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, extending offers, and managing the offer process. Working independently with limited supervision while maintaining strong communication with the broader campus recruiting team and firm leadership, you will use creative strategies to identify top talent and strengthen Saville’s presence on campus.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
One to three years of recruiting experience, preferably working with students attending universities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple responsibilities to meet routine and expected deadlines in a fast-paced business environment without oversight.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal team members, external vendors, and candidates, with a strong commitment to teamwork.
Excellent communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
Self-motivated and proactive, with a positive attitude and openness to flexibility and learning in the role.
Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Manage the execution of campus recruiting for the internship program, including scheduling and conducting candidate phone screens and interviews and communicating agendas and logistics to candidates and hiring managers.
Attend campus recruiting and networking opportunities to develop Saville’s presence with students and university stakeholders, virtually and in-person.
Represent and advocate for Saville through career fairs, information sessions, networking events, social media, and other campus engagement opportunities.
Maintain accurate, complete, and timely candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
Collaborate with the broader campus team and business leaders to develop and improve all aspects of assigned campus recruiting programs.
Coordinate with business leaders to plan and execute the office interview process.
Travel as needed to represent Saville at career fairs, information sessions, and other recruiting events.
