Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of campus recruiting experience; experience in a financial institution is an asset
  • Strong ability to lead campus attraction initiatives and build partnerships with schools, career centers, and student organizations
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing needs
  • Proactive, self-starter with a high sense of urgency and strong stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage and influence diverse audiences
  • Solid knowledge of campus recruitment trends, sourcing strategies, and business unit priorities

Nice To Haves

  • Combination of agency and corporate recruiting experience considered an asset
  • Bachelors Degree is considered an asset
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset. If the successful candidate is in Québec, proficiency in both languages will be required to support clients from various provinces outside of Quebec.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute campus attraction strategies in the Canadian market, partnering with career centers and student organizations to grow brand recognition and presence on campus.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for internships and new graduate rotational programs (CPA, Global Wealth & Asset Management – Investments, Marketing, Data & Analytics), including posting, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Plan and deliver campus engagement initiatives virtually, on campus, and in-office during fall recruitment and throughout the year.
  • Collaborate with business units to define timelines and hiring targets, ensuring a seamless recruitment process and strong early-career pipeline.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion by partnering with DEI teams and coaching managers on bias-free recruitment practices.
  • Stay current on campus trends by maintaining industry networks, attending events, and contributing to process improvements and standardization.
