Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Campus Recruiting, or related field
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills
  • Strong sense of accountability, ownership and pride in work performed
  • Strong relationship-focused skillset

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in Professional Services is ideal

Responsibilities

  • Partner with client service leaders to execute effective campus recruiting strategies that support talent needs
  • Build meaningful relationships with students, student organizations, faculty, and campus partners to advance campus strategy
  • Facilitate internship programs , ensuring a strong pipeline of future talent
  • Coordinate end‑to‑end campus recruiting logistics , including career fairs, interviews, presentations, receptions, and collaboration with key student organizations
  • Guide candidates from offer through onboarding , partnering with P&C and the business to ensure a seamless, high‑touch experience from acceptance to start date
  • Participate in special projects
